Become an HR Advisor with NSB Omega, supporting our major Oil & Gas client in Calgary, AB. This role requires expertise in HR operations and a commitment to improving employee experiences.

The HR Advisor will be instrumental in providing HR support while applying policies and resolving complex issues. You'll work with client groups, assisting in documentation creation and adhering to compliance standards. This position calls for strong judgment and a team-oriented approach as you enhance HR service delivery across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide assigned client groups on HR operational matters
• Maintain and develop HR process materials and templates
• Advise leaders and employees on HR programs
• Handle Tier 2 cases ensuring accuracy and resolution
• Comply with data privacy and security practices

Requirements:
• Authorized to work in Canada
• At least 8 years of HR operations experience
• Relevant post-secondary degree
• CPHR designation or working toward it is advantageous
• Experience with SAP, Workday, or similar systems
