Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewal and servicing of client accounts
• Conduct marketing presentations and updates
• Supervise and support service team efforts
• Address all client inquiries in a timely manner
• Perform annual coverage reviews as required

Requirements:
• Level 2 Licensed Insurance Agent necessary
• 4-7 years of experience in the industry
• 3-4 years in team-oriented customer service
• Knowledge of Agency Manager and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification pursuit of C.I.P. or CAIB is preferred
