As the Service Site Manager, you will facilitate operations at a 55-turbine site and guide a dedicated team of technicians. This role includes health and safety compliance, operational excellence, and strengthening site relationships. You will ensure that maintenance activities are efficiently managed while nurturing a positive team energetic.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and guide technicians in their daily tasks
• Promote safety and compliance with regulations
• Oversee operational execution of maintenance plans
• Manage weekly workflows, scheduling,



and on-call rotations
• Report on turbine performance and operational KPIs

Requirements:
• Technical diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership, with 3 in operations
• Experience in electrical/mechanical fields; wind experience is a plus
• Strong skills in MS Office and ERP/CMMS tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights
