Supporting RLG's ambitious IT turnaround, you will manage the reliability of plant site infrastructures and guide the Systems Administrators in your area. This strategic role emphasizes proactive monitoring and escalation management, coupled with documentation and communication to enhance operational strategies. Leadership opportunities abound as you direct projects that improve site performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure infrastructure health of assigned manufacturing sites
• Document infrastructure including configurations and network diagrams




• Proactively monitor for performance issues before they escalate
• Handle L3 escalations from the outsourced service provider
• Lead technical projects as assigned by management

Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles with site-level ownership
• Solid skills in systems management and virtualization platforms
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex infrastructure problems
• Relevant infrastructure certifications preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
