As a part of the Expertise Department, you will be reporting to the Civil/Mechanical Engineering Manager. You'll manage significant civil rehabilitation projects, support maintenance interventions, and ensure the integrity of various structures. Your technical expertise will guide internal teams and uphold high standards of safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee rehabilitation projects for dams and concrete structures
• Actively support maintenance teams in sustainable solutions
• Conduct inspections to assess civil asset conditions




• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop execution strategies
• Provide technical mentoring and develop maintenance procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; maintain OIQ membership
• 8 years of experience in relevant infrastructure projects
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Robust skills in project management and coordination
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout North America
