Reporting to the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, your role encompasses providing technical support across RIS, PACS, and Enterprise Imaging platforms. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Your contributions will directly impact patient care and imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer support for clinical imaging information systems
• Optimize application configurations for improved workflows
• Analyze and resolve complex imaging system issues
• Facilitate secure patient image exchanges and reporting
• Participate in quality improvement and user training sessions
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in related health informatics field
• 2-4 years experience in diagnostic imaging systems
• Skilled in application testing and configuration
• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 interoperability
• Familiarity with database management tools
