In this role, you will report directly to the Site Superintendent and assist in coordinating trade activities in office while implementing safety programs. This position requires you to supervise multiple residential sites, ensuring projects meet Bedrock Homes’ quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment. You’ll also perform inspections and lead safety meetings throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise trade work on assigned sites
• Conduct preliminary inspections before Quality Control




• Ensure safety compliance per Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Provide backup leadership to the Superintendent
• Order materials and maintain equipment

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in residential construction
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of framing and trades involved
• Valid class five driver’s license
• Clear Criminal Records Check required
