Drive major infrastructure alongside the Package Manager as an Assistant Package Manager in West London. Manage subcontractor activities, documentation, and safety protocols each week in office.

In this role, you will directly support a Package Manager on a Tier 1 mega-project involving structural steel and envelope works, such as roofing and glazing. Your focus will be on monitoring daily site activities, ensuring compliance with NEC3 contracts, and promoting safety standards, while coordinating essential project documentation and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the daily management of roofing and cladding packages
• Track subcontractor activities and report on progress
• Manage Activity Readiness certification and documentation workflows




• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor on scope changes and early warnings
• Ensure safety standards are met through regular inspections

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Background as Assistant Package Manager or Site Engineer
• Familiarity with NEC3 contracts and change management
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Valid CSCS card and right to work in the UK
