Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on contractual and legal obligations effectively
• Directly oversee dispute resolutions and claims

• Draft and assess various legal agreements
• Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and legal qualifications (LL.B. or J.D.)
• At least 2 years in infrastructure and procurement law
• Experience with claims and dispute resolution preferred
• Knowledge of Canadian P3 agreements
• Proficient communication and negotiation abilities
