Your expertise with the Guidewire platform is critical for recommending enhanced automation and process alignment with best practices. The engagement will culminate in a detailed implementation roadmap for the BillingCenter.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce weekly status reports detailing project progress
• Conduct a thorough current-state assessment of billing operations




• Develop current and future state process documentation
• Outline key findings and operational pain points
• Provide prioritized recommendations for efficiency improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
• Familiarity with Canadian insurance markets is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of eliciting business requirements
• Recognized business analysis certification required
