The Campus Planning team is seeking a full-time Space and Utilization Planner to advance strategic facilities and space planning initiatives. Bringing expertise in utilization analysis, functional programming, and pre-project planning, you will work collaboratively with various administrative units and faculties. Your analytical skills will support decision-making while ensuring planning deliverables align with institutional priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct space audits and utilization analyses
• Develop functional and space programs for projects
• Prepare technical planning documentation and reports
• Analyze emerging trends in facilities planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather planning requirements
Requirements:
• Degree in Planning, Architecture, or related field
• 3-5 years of facilities planning experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of space management systems an asset
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
