In this role, you will manage all phases of restoration and reconstruction projects at WINMAR® Kamloops. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building with clients, subcontractors, and insurance partners are key components of this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and monitor budgets
• Prepare loss scopes and estimates using industry-standard software




• Coordinate with emergency crews and equipment supply
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in insurance restoration projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and industry estimation software
• Valid BC Driver's Licence required
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
