Become the Ag Retail Manager at Prairie Co-op’s Agro Centre in Melville, SK, and lead agricultural sales and customer service efforts. This full-time role emphasizes team leadership and strategic growth.

In this role, you will manage and enhance the performance of the agriculture business while building solid customer relationships across the Melville and Ituna areas. You’ll be responsible for executing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and achieving financial targets related to marketing agriculture products. Your leadership will inspire the Ag Team and support overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of policies for Ag Teams in Melville and Ituna
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and customer engagement




• Promote crop inputs and grain handling services
• Ensure all safety regulations are met and maintained
• Oversee team performance management and training initiatives

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Agriculture or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably with CRS
• P. Ag or CCA preferred
• Results-driven and trustworthy
• Excellent relationship-building and team-oriented skills
