Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations in vehicle welding and assembly
• Plan and manage production workflow and priorities
• Monitor quality and resolve any operational issues




• Enforce workplace health and safety standards
• Coach and develop production employees for performance

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Supervisory experience of at least 3 years is necessary
• Proficient in MIG welding with certification being an asset
• Robust understanding of fabrication processes and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
