As the Program Coordinator, you will partner with faculty and the Dean’s office to advance program delivery and development in Health and Human Services. Your responsibilities span curriculum oversight, community engagement, and program assessment to ensure alignment with local industry needs and students’ ambitions. This sessional position supports ongoing educational leadership initiatives and encourages faculty collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate program development and delivery in collaboration with faculty
• Support faculty onboarding and orientation initiatives
• Liaise with the Dean's office for program reviews
• Monitor and engage with industry and student recruitment trends
• Ensure Indigenous-led learning is prioritized in programming
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Health and Human Services or relevant area
• At least three years in post-secondary education
• Experience in program development and project management
• Solid understanding of diverse student needs
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
