Become a Garment Technical Developer with Park & Fifth, specializing in garment fit and technical documentation. This full-time, mid-level role is tailored for individuals passionate about transforming fashion concepts into high-quality apparel.

As part of the Product Development team, you will oversee the technical aspects from initial design through pre-production. Your role will involve creating digital patterns and grading to ensure a flawless fit while maintaining detailed specifications. Collaborating closely with Design and Production teams, you’ll bring creative solutions to the forefront, elevating the quality of the garments produced.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical development from concept to pre-production
• Generate and update digital patterns using Gerber AccuMark




• Conduct grading to achieve fit consistency
• Document garment specifications and technical packages
• Troubleshoot and resolve fit and construction issues

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Technical Design or Fashion
• 3-7+ years of apparel development experience
• Advanced proficiency in Gerber AccuMark
• Strong skills in pattern making and garment construction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
