Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug (KIDO) is seeking an On-Call Supervisor to manage staff interactions during family support calls. This role prioritizes compassion and professional handling of sensitive situations.

As the On-Call Supervisor, you will play an essential role in leading KIDO’s intake processes, ensuring that Kewiiwiijihiikoosiwaach receive timely support while following established guidelines. You'll be at the center of crisis management, supervising staff, documenting interactions, and collaborating closely with the KIDO Emergency Services Team to facilitate effective responses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct On-Call Intake employees during shifts
• Ensure accurate documentation of service calls
• Provide training on handling reported concerns




• Foster teamwork and respect among KIDO staff
• Maintain regular updates with KIDO leadership

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a leadership role preferable
• Experience with emergency or child services is a plus
• Solid communication skills in English and Anishininiimowin
• Understanding of KI history and culture necessary
• Must pass Criminal Record Check and be able to travel
