This role also includes job evaluations, wage administration, and supporting the overall effectiveness of reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultation on total rewards programming and execution
• Conduct job evaluations and compensation analysis




• Design and develop communication content for rewards
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team for strategy development
• Prepare reports and presentations for management use

Requirements:
• Four years of total rewards experience in a unionized setting
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
