You will be responsible for leading financial reporting processes and assisting in month-end close activities. Your analysis will guide decision-making and process improvements across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely and exact daily and monthly operational reports
• Ensure accurate inventory management and month-end processes
• Provide analysis of variances, enhancing financial insights
• Prepare financial performance reports consistently
• Assist during physical inventory counts and financial audits
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis in manufacturing
• Ongoing pursuit of CPA designation is ideal
• Degree in accounting or finance is required
• Proficient with MS Office and Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of ERP software, AS400 is beneficial
