Join Shawnigan Lake School as the Manager for Rowing Facilities, where you'll oversee operations and coach rowers. Ensure safety and operational excellence in a stunning setting.

This full-time position is pivotal for the ongoing success of the Rowing Program. Collaborating with the Head of Rowing, you will maintain facilities and equipment, offer coaching support, and organize events such as regattas and summer camps. Your leadership will help shape the experiences of student-athletes while fostering a secure and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance of rowing facilities
• Deliver coaching during PE and rowing sessions
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain equipment records




• Organize logistics for regattas and related events
• Supervise summer camps and ensure safety protocols

Requirements:
• Valid RCA Coach certification and standing with RCA
• Up-to-date Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)
• Class 5 driver’s license with trailer endorsement
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
