The Program Coordinator will support the Master of Public Health in Indigenous Health stream at the University of Toronto. Key duties include managing student interactions, coordinating practicums, and engaging with Indigenous organizations, Elders, and leaders. This position emphasizes the importance of culturally safe practices to enhance student experiences and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first contact for program inquiries
• Assist with admissions processes and program updates
• Organize and circulate program evaluations and reports




• Coordinate logistics for events and recruitment activities
• Maintain digital platforms ensuring accurate course information

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years’ experience in student enrolment with Indigenous communities
• Proven success in cross-cultural collaboration and engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
