Key Responsibilities:
• Manage collections by contacting customers regularly
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment issues




• Utilize effective communication channels to engage customers
• Maintain accurate records of account activities
• Enforce prompt collection action on overdue accounts

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in collections
• Robust MS Office proficiency
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Prior experience in transportation/supply chain sector
• Knowledge of Great Plains and TMW software is a plus
