As a key member of Squarepoint's Recruiting & Talent Development team, you will coordinate training logistics globally. Support L&D; programs by analyzing data and ensuring resources are accurately updated. Your collaborative skills will be essential in partnering with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling for internal and external training
• Assist in smooth program execution across the firm
• Maintain updated records of L&D; offerings
• Analyze data to support L&D; initiatives
• Leverage AI for improved project delivery

Requirements:
• 2+ years’ relevant experience, preferably in investment management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Solid organizational capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and global collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and relevant software
