Lead the Food & Beverage Operations at Watermark Beach Resort as the Food and Beverage Manager. This role is key to establishing a creative dining experience while managing multiple venues, including banquet services.

This full-time senior role focuses on enhancing guest experiences and fostering a robust team culture within the Food and Beverage Department. You'll work in conjunction with the Executive Chef to ensure quality dining experiences and will be responsible for staff development, inventory maintenance, and implementing strategic operational procedures. Your ability to bring outlets' concepts to life will positively impact guest satisfaction.
