In this full-time role, you will assume responsibility for leading Health & Safety initiatives alongside training efforts within a large, unionized organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the safety and training functions in a unionized setting
• Develop and execute effective safety programs
• Serve as primary liaison with WorkSafeBC
• Execute incident investigations and risk assessments
• Ensure training and competency assessments for staff

Requirements:
• Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of OH&S; experience
• 5 years of leadership experience required
• Robust understanding of safety regulations
