This role combines strategic planning with a focus on enhancing economic growth and community engagement, while managing a nimble team of four. Regular in-person attendance in the Rutland area is required to strengthen community ties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate on behalf of members and engage with community stakeholders
• Direct and manage a small team to implement strategic initiatives




• Build partnerships to access funding and support URBA’s mandate
• Drive events that promote business opportunities
• Ensure presence within the Rutland community

Requirements:
• Over five years of leadership experience in relevant fields
• Demonstrated skills in community engagement and revenue growth
• Solid advocacy and negotiation capabilities
• Familiarity with the Rutland community is advantageous
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varied engagement times
