• Install and manage legacy Information Systems services




• Identify and document inefficiencies for reporting
• Review and implement technical requirements
• Test and troubleshoot software updates
• Communicate with end users for support needs

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in KBM support
• Skilled in RPGLe, SQL, SFTP
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in legacy system management
