Key Responsibilities:
• Promote L’Arche’s mission and ensure adherence to policies
• Encourage inclusive celebrations and support core member activities




• Supervise personal care and daily living routines
• Foster team relationships and manage tensions effectively
• Oversee administrative and operational tasks, including payroll

Requirements:
• Knowledge of L’Arche history and values an asset
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required
• Strong organizational and time management skills needed
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification necessary
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 35 lbs
