You will ensure that all data regarding leases is meticulously maintained, address landlord and franchisee disputes, and facilitate smooth property operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lease data integrity across systems

• Administer monthly payments, including CAM and taxes
• Conduct property audits and tax reviews
• Supervise tenant arrears and collection processes

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English mandatory
• 5+ years in property or lease administration
• Demonstrable financial expertise in real estate
• Robust communication and organization skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in teams
