Job details Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Tasks: Measure and lay out reference points for installation. Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components. Start up system and test for leaks using testing devices. Perform maintenance such as, recharging system with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators or calibrating system. Interpret gas codes. Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heat pump systems.

Employment terms options: Evening. Shift. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Employment terms options: Morning. On call. Day. Weekend.

Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.).

Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.

Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
