We are seeking skilled individuals from all backgrounds to serve on our board. As a volunteer, you will work closely with community leaders in various sectors, including fundraising, risk management, and marketing, to enhance our impact. This role not only empowers you but also uplifts those living with mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop policies and contribute to governance
• Attend monthly board meetings online
• Collaborate with committees on specific initiatives
• Build relationships within the community
• Champion the mission and vision of Rainbow's End

Requirements:
• Commitment to a minimum 2-year term
• Relevant experience in law, finance, or HR
• Advocacy passion for mental health inclusion
• Diverse backgrounds and experiences encouraged
• Approximately 5 hours of monthly commitment
