Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care for patients with complex needs
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team
• Manage patient referrals from various sources
• Work within a structured schedule, Monday to Friday

Requirements:
• Family physician credentials licensed in Alberta
• Experience in primary care and complex health needs
