• Prepare comprehensive Development Charge Background Studies

• Lead annual DC collections forecasting




• Manage consultant input for financial assessments
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Finance or related discipline
• Minimum three years of relevant supervisory experience
• Solid knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent presentation skills for all organizational levels
• Proven ability to manage complex policy issues
