Key Responsibilities:
• Manage crew performance related to corporate goals
• Conduct daily briefings and safety meetings
• Plan work with the Superintendent
• Ensure equipment and safety protocols are followed
• Initiate necessary training and discipline actions

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as a Signaling foreman
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
• Certification in Canadian Railway Operating Rules
• Experience with First Aid, WHMIS training
• Strong leadership and customer relations skills
