You will play a critical role in the Infrastructure Finance team, reporting to the Associate Vice President, FP&A.; Your focus will encompass financial modeling, analytical rigor, and enhancing reporting capabilities, supporting the firm's value creation and asset management efforts. Successful candidates must bring solid analytical skills and ownership of key metrics for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis for strategic initiatives and acquisitions
• Oversee quarterly valuations and external valuation coordination
• Partner with teams on operational reviews and variance analyses
• Liaise with Investor Relations for investor questions and packages
• Identify cash flow opportunities to improve investor returns
Requirements:
• CPA, CFA, or similar with 4+ years in relevant sectors
• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling
• Strong knowledge of asset performance and investment risk
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with alternative investment portfolios is beneficial
