Key Responsibilities:
• Support the coordination of culturally appropriate clinical services
• Guide staff in trauma-informed care implementation
• Ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate on client care plan development




• Facilitate team training and professional development

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a Regulated Health Profession
• Active membership with the regulated Professional College
• Experienced in interdisciplinary leadership
• Knowledge of community health and culture integration
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems
