We are looking for an accomplished healthcare leader for the Assistant Director of Care position, with an immediate opening in Brandon and Winnipeg. In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with regulations and enhance the quality of life for residents while guiding your team to excel. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned areas and ensure program effectiveness
• Identify risks and escalate issues as necessary
• Ensure adherence to care quality standards




• Lead community partnerships for enhanced resident initiatives
• Cultivate team member growth through training and feedback

Requirements:
• At least three years as Registered Nurse in long-term care
• Leadership experience in healthcare settings preferred
• Valid nursing registration with provincial body
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
