Key Responsibilities:
• Support EPR applications and patient care technologies daily
• Triage support tickets and respond to user queries




• Engage in operational activities with clinical teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 3 years experience in clinical informatics
• Familiarity with health information management systems
• Must have a valid passport for training
• Proficiency in communication and project management
