This managerial position is pivotal in supporting the organization’s health and safety management system. You will work closely with the Director and operational leaders, providing essential coaching, technical expertise, and strategic support. The role requires a proactive approach to influence safety practices and engage with employees across various locations to uphold safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health and safety initiatives across regions
• Conduct compliance assessments and corrective actions
• Develop policies, procedures, and training materials




• Facilitate Health & Safety training across the company
• Engage with Joint Health & Safety Committees nationwide

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Health & Safety management
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional operations
• Background in the construction sector
• Preferred certifications (CRSP, NCSO)
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
