Enhance business processes at CBC/Radio-Canada as a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst in a hybrid setting. Focus on driving process modernization initiatives within People & Culture.

This role offers a permanent position where you will lead business process management efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and a superior employee experience. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will apply your analytical skills to convert complex problems into actionable solutions that support CBC's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage CI initiatives from conception to execution
• Define improvement objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyze processes to discover bottlenecks and gaps




• Host workshops to gather insights and validate outcomes
• Design processes to enable service consistency and quality

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience leading improvements
• Expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process analysis
• Must be bilingual in English and French
