Become a pivotal part of the PHSA team as a Customer Service Representative. Your role will entail providing vital support to our customers through various communication methods.

In this position, you'll engage with both internal and external customers, delivering outstanding service via phone, fax, email, and the internal ticketing system. Reporting to the Team Coordinator, you will demonstrate patience and professionalism while addressing customer queries and effectively escalating issues as required. Your commitment to quality and safety will significantly enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to customer queries through multiple channels
• Apply sound judgment to offer solutions tailored to customer needs




• Ensure compliance with service level agreements on inquiries
• Track and assign inquiries that require additional support
• Educate users on accurate form submissions and processes

Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant courses preferred
• Two years of recent customer service experience
• Call center experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
