Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance work during winter and summer seasons
• Review and maintain operational records and safety compliance




• Guide junior staff and provide leadership in operations
• Assist with the planning and organization of work
• Report on safety and work performance to supervisors

Requirements:
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• Three years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Class "DZ" Driver's License required
• Understanding of maintenance safety regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
