Aird & Berlis LLP is in search of a proactive Document Technician to facilitate its document processing needs. Operating full time from Monday to Friday, the role involves rigorous attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple document demands across various practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, revise, and format documents to top standards
• Utilize technology to improve accuracy and workflow
• Meet deadlines while managing document requests
• Provide clients with an excellent experience in the Document Processing Centre




• Perform tasks such as photocopying and document dispatching

Requirements:
• Experience in a legal Document Processing Centre preferred
• Knowledge in diverse practice areas, especially Real Estate or Litigation
• Educational background as a legal assistant or law clerk
• Must handle stress and time constraints adeptly
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
