RioCan is seeking a Development Accountant to own full-cycle accounting for our development portfolio. You will handle monthly/yearly statements, project setups in YARDI, bank reconciliations, cash draws, and IPP/PUD transfers, while partnering with construction teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and budget monitoring.
The role requires 1–2 years in real estate accounting, a post-secondary degree in accounting or finance, and solid communication and analytical skills.
