Reporting to the Campus Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in delivering the In-Residence Program. As a Coordinator, you will provide mentorship to students, maintain rigorous communication with their families, and adapt curricula to meet individual needs. Your leadership will reinforce the ministry’s commitment to holistic recovery grounded in faith.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one mentorship for students weekly
• Log all sessions and student details on reporting systems
• Develop learning plans and teach relevant curriculum




• Communicate effectively with families about student incidents
• Support event planning to reinforce community ties

Requirements:
• Successful completion of a Explicit Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong organizational skills with excellent communication
• Willingness to gain ministry credentials
• Ability to mentor and inspire others in the faith
• Valid driver’s license required
