Join the University of Calgary as an Executive Assistant supporting the VP of Development and Alumni. This full-time, 12-month term position demands strong organizational and communication skills while engaging with a variety of stakeholders.

As a key administrative resource, you’ll report to the Executive Director and provide vital support to Development and Alumni leaders. Your role encompasses managing executive workflows, communication, research, and project management to ensure seamless operations. Your effective liaison with faculty, staff, and community leaders will be essential for enhancing relationships and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic calendars and prioritize executive schedules
• Administer correspondence, information flow, and travel arrangements




• Prepare high-quality briefing notes and presentations
• Coordinate high-profile meetings and events
• Maintain CRM database and manage sensitive documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary certificate in office administration
• Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
