In this part time, permanent position, you will take charge of nutritional assessments and create care plans for adult patients. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is crucial as you provide counselling and education, also mentoring dietetic interns. Weekend shifts will be part of the work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough nutritional assessments for adult patients
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans for optimal outcomes
• Counsel patients on dietary needs and adjustments
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams as a nutrition advisor
• Facilitate learning opportunities for dietetic interns

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr)) required
• Dietetic Internship certificate is essential
• Clinical Dietitian experience preferred
• Acute care patient experience is significant
• Must be registered with Saskatchewan College of Dietitians
