As a Childcare Center Closer, your primary focus will be ensuring organized daily transitions, compliance with Washington State criteria, and effective team support. Your leadership will guide staff during closing while also facilitating communication between families and team members. This role is designed for confident individuals ready to enhance childcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the smooth closing of the childcare center
• Ensure adherence to state ratio and licensing standards




• Lead staff during high-traffic departure times
• Communicate efficiently with families and team
• Support scheduling and operational oversight

Requirements:
• Age minimum of 18 years
• Licensed childcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of Washington State regulations
