Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per physician's orders
• Ensure excellent nursing and personal care delivery
• Foster a supportive environment for residents
• Oversee resident care and communicate with families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
• Experience in Geriatrics or senior health preferred
• Strong judgment and risk assessment skills
• Commitment to creating an inclusive workplace
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check required
