Become a vital part of NEOFACS in Recent Liskeard as an Investigation and Ongoing Worker under an 18-month full-time contract, focusing on children's welfare and safety.

In this role, you will deliver a broad range of services designed to support children and families. Your responsibilities include risk assessments, developing protection plans, and ensuring comprehensive documentation. Strong communication skills and flexibility in hours are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessments and child protection interventions
• Develop and manage protection plans for families
• Provide preventative services to children and their guardians
• Maintain necessary documentation and records accurately




• Work flexible hours and travel when required

Requirements:
• Preferred qualifications include MSW or BSW; diploma holders considered
• Prior experience working with youth and families is beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary
• Interpret relevant legislative guidelines effectively
• Must hold a minimum G2 license; G Class preferred
